If you are a past Southbend Developments' customer or a friend we want to encourage you to share your new home building experience with all of your friends and family!

When your friend or family member purchases a new home with Southbend Developments you are eligible for the $1,500.00 referral fee. All we ask is that you introduce yourself and submit the referral form on the first visit to the appropriate Area Sales Manager before the new Southbend Developments home is purchased.

Please talk to our Sales Manager for further information. Southbend Developments Referral Program is subject to change without notice or obligation. Referrals are not paid on transactions involving real estate agents. Please see our Builder and Realtor Referral Program.

The referring party acknowledges that they are only eligible for the $1,500 referral fee when as unconditional Alberta New Home Warranty Purchase Agreement is completed by the referred party and accepted by Southbend Developments. The referral fee is paid to the referring party within 30 days of referred party’s release of conditions at the point we will mail the referral fee to the address provided. This referral program cannot be used in conjunction with our Realtor Referral Program.
