• PICK YOUR PERFECT LOT AND MODEL- enjoy the freedom of customizing your home to your unique taste

• LOT HOLD AND OFFER - This secures your lot for you so no other interested parties can purchase it during review of your offer to purchase the home by our office

• REMOVING CONDITIONS- submitting the down payment to the builder and a proof of funds letter from your lender

• INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DESIGN SELECTIONS- take advantage of our complimentary 4 hour design consultation

• CONSTRUCTION BEGINS- we are happy to allow multiple site visitations throughout the building process

Customer Assurance Program

Pre Construction Assurances Daily coordination of process and updates/changes to insure the proper flow of information between the client and the entire construction team. Aggressive negotiations for “best price”, “best practices” and the “highest quality”. Creative ideas and suggestions as well as potential cost saving measures are provided throughout the entire building process. All subcontractors’ work is coordinated and inspected during construction to ensure compliance with the approved plans as well as customer expectations. Inspections by certified inspectors prior to backfill, after completion of framing, after completion of roughed-in plumbing and electrical, after insulation, and at completion of home. Utilization of the highest quality products from manufactures Customer walk-thru with the construction supervisor for each phase throughout the entire process to maximize customer   knowledge and satisfaction and to assure a smooth and successful completion of the home.

Pre Closing Assurances A checklist performed by the construction supervisor to  assure proper completion. Customer orientated and walk-thru prior to closing to assure customer knowledge and satisfaction.
